The customer service at Roy's Tire Center is the best! The minute you walk in the door they treat you like you are their only customer. They are both knowledgeable and kind. You will not overpay and you can be confident your vehicle will get the best care. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else.

I love this shop! The individuals are always so polite and professional. They don’t try to price gouge or pressure you into unnecessary services. Additionally, they have always asked prior to proceeding with a service if the price is going to be different than the estimate given originally which I respect and appreciate. My oil change for my suv was close to $150 elsewhere and at Roy’s it was closer to $80. I was also able to get my front and rear brakes as well as a rotor replaced for less than $400 and in under two hours. I can’t say enough good things about them. I will continue to use them and recommend their services.

Absolutely love it here. I have been using Roy’s for the last year for oil changes (23 Telluride) and let me tell you, I will not use anyone else. I drop my car off without an appointment and it’s done within the day. Just yesterday I popped in at 8 am for an oil change and set of tires. Had the tires delivered and mounted before close of business. You couldn’t ask for better quality or folks.

They really helped my wife out. Even though we didn't make an appointment like we should have they told us it would like be done by 3 but they finished mounting and balancing 2 tires, alignment, and oil change before 2pm. The price for that was pretty damn good. Car drives great now. Fast and affordable and done right. I will definitely be returning but next time I'll remember to make an appointment. Thanks guys.

I normally go to Discount Tire for all my tire and rim needs and I gladly pay the extra price at Discount Tire for the great customer service. Since there is no Discount Tire in Carrolton and the nearest one is miles away, I chose Roy's tire center. From the phone conversations while pricing my tires, to the great customer service I received, I highly recommend this place. Clean waiting area, almost $100 less than anywhere I priced, and the customer service is beyond what you normally get these days. I cant stress enough, the customer service was well worth the visit.

Roy's is great. Wonderful people, reasonable rates, and good service. Bought my tires there last May and they rotate them for free!
